  • What do I need to give you to get started?

    Getting started is simple - we just need the following:

    • Your new web copy - if we aren’t using the existing copy from the current website 
    • You logo files 
    • Any images or videos you'd like included

  • How long will it take to build my website?

    The web build is a quick one.  Once we have all the required content, your website will be ready within 3–4 weeks (depending on the package you take). 


  • Is hosting/ maintenance included?

     Good news, we include hosting depending on the package you take - see web prices packages.




  • Are there any ongoing costs?

    While we look to minimise cost, there are ongoing web hosting fees. 

    • $20 per month for our basic hosting and support OR
    • $49 per month.  This includes the above, plus 1 hour of website updates and maintenance per month.

  • Is SEO included in the cost?

    SEO  is a lead generation service that helps your website get ranked above your competitors.  To do this, we need to work on your site monthly, which means there are additional fees.


    Your account manager can explain and quote this for you.

  • Will my website look good on mobile phones?

    100%.  All our websites are fully mobile responsive - remember, your customers are most likely checking your site out on mobile.

  • What if I want more pages?

    No problem, we can add new pages for you, our fee is $195 +GST per page.


    Copywriting is additional.


  • I get all my work from referrals — why would I need a website?

    Even referral clients will Google you before they call. And what they see online can either build their trust or make them hesitate.


    A clean, professional website acts like your digital storefront. It reassures people that you’re legit, shows off your work, and makes it easy for them to take the next step, especially when they’re comparing you with other roofers.


    It’s not about replacing referrals — it’s about backing them up and converting more of them into jobs.


  • I already have a website — why would I need a new one?

    Most older sites aren’t doing what they should:

    • Showing off your best work
    • Working smoothly on mobile
    • Making it super easy for people to call or request a quote.

    It's not just about “having a site” — it’s about having one that helps grow your business.


  • What’s included in the website package?

    Depends on the package and your business goals  - see 1-page document 


    If you have questions, please book a meeting with a team member and they can run you through the options

  • Do I have to provide all the content for the website?

    There are options available depending on your needs and budget.

    • We can create this copy for a small additional fee $250 GST 
    • We can create a logo  for a small additional fee $150 GST
    • We do provide images included; however, if you want premium images, they will cost $25 GST each.

  • Will I own the website once it’s built?

    Yes — once it’s paid for, the site is 100% yours. 


    No lock-in, no funny business. We can host and manage it for you, or you can take it elsewhere anytime.

  • What about reviews — can you show my Google reviews on the site?

    Yes.  We can display your latest Google reviews directly on the site to build trust with new customers.
